Would you like to get more involved with activities, groups and services that are local to you and help you to improve or maintain your health and general wellbeing?
Do you find it difficult to know where to start, face challenges to getting along to activities, or would you like some support to take those next steps?
SO:Linked is a service for people who live in Southampton or who are registered with a Southampton GP. You can get in touch by phone, email or by dropping by to one of our Come and meet us sessions across Southampton. One of the team will ask for a few details to ensure we give you the right support for you and will then explore with you what sort of activities or services you’d like to link with. We’ll then help you to make that happen.
Whether you’re managing a long-term health condition, facing challenges, feeling lonely or have had a change in circumstances; getting involved in community activities can really help whatever your circumstances. In Southampton there are so many groups and activities – there really is something for everyone!
