Covid Test Centres in Southampton for travel
N.B.: Tests should NOT be booked if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
Most airlines and cruise lines require a certificate to show you have received a negative result from a supervised clinic. Now that the NHS no longer provide this service, it is the private sector that you need to approach. It is your responsibility to check you are not only booking the correct COVID test but also ensure you leave enough time to get the results before you fly. You usually have to take this test and get a certificate 24-48 hours before you travel so check first with your travel company.

Face to Face Covid Tests in Southampton
Procedure for face-to-face tests:
- Choose one of the centres listed below.
- Go to their website and book an appointment for a test
- Arrive 5 mins before the appointment with a passport. It is advised that you don’t drink, eat or smoke 30 mins before the test to get the best accuracy.
Bring your ID (preferably passport)
- Wait for the result (15-20 minutes)
- If negative, you will be given or sent a certificate by email.
