Assisting with the delivery of the Information & Advice service to improve the lives of older people across the city.
You will provide information & advice face to face and over the phone.
You will complete welfare benefit calculations for clients to see if they are entitled to any benefits.
Provide guidance to clients on ‘next steps’ to be taken after the benefit calculation.
Assist with completing Attendance Allowance forms and other various forms.
Administration tasks and computer data input as required
