No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.
We are looking for Information and Advice Youth Worker volunteers to work alongside No Limits staff. You will help deliver support, advice and information to young people under the age of 26 years old from our Advice Centre.
As part of the Advice Centre Team, you will be required to meet and greet young people, making them feel welcome and comfortable. You will work with them to help identify their needs and make informed choices about their lives. Where appropriate, you will need to make referrals to other No Limits Services as well as liaising with relevant external agencies, and will be required to complete the necessary paperwork.
We will provide you with an induction and training before starting the role, and we will offer regular supervision. You will also be supported throughout by your line manager and other No Limits staff.
