We're helping people connect with the services and groups that are right for them. And we're supporting community action and volunteering. This evening once a month support group is for advice and support for those caring with loved ones with mental health or living with dementia. It is run in collaboration with Southampton Carers and Mayfield Nurseries (Solent MIND). See poster below for the next dates.
