Missing People is the only UK charity dedicated to helping anyone affected by a disappearance.
We support anyone who is thinking about leaving home, is currently missing or has a missing loved one via our free, confidential Helpline. We can simply listen, offer advice or refer people to other agencies that can help. People seeking support can call or text 116 000, email firstname.lastname@example.org or use our new Online Chat service.
We also offer ongoing support to families affected by missing, including family counseling, as well as launch a publicity appeal to help with the search. In situations where public-facing publicity is not appropriate, we can enlist the help of our Safeguarding Briefing Network. This is a network of organisations and businesses which have community and safeguarding at the heart of what they do. Once we send out a briefing in the relevant areas, the network will then share it internally with their staff and volunteers who will keep an eye out for the missing person.
We also provide support services for issues related to missing such as our SafeCall service which supports young people and their families affected by criminal and sexual exploitation. Text the SafeCall team on 020 8392 5710 Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm for a call-back or visit our website to refer someone you are supporting into the service.

Please could you also change the contact info to the 116 phone number and email?
For Runaway Helpline, please could you just include a line stating that the service is for young people aged 11-17 years old?
