No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.
We are looking for a People (HR) Support Partner volunteer to support us to realise our ambitious people strategy through contributing to people projects and initiatives that support the organisation, staff and volunteers. As part of our small People Team, you’ll support No Limits’ in being a great place to work and volunteer where people feel valued.
Depending on your skills, interests, and motivations, we have a range of areas that you could volunteer with us to add value. This could range from developing resources, through to providing specialist insight or support the delivery of projects. Some key areas of focus for us for the next year are:
Pay and reward
Volunteering / volunteer development
Staff voice and recognition
We’ll happy to have a conversation to discuss how you might be able to best partner with us to support No Limits and utilise your skills, interests, and motivations in any of the areas above. We are open to varying commitments at all times of day and week, based at our offices in Southampton or remotely.
We are committed to making a difference to the lives of the children and young people we work with, and as such you must show a willingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours which flow from the No Limits ethos. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is paramount.
We welcome applications from all sections of the community and are committed to ensuring diversity and inclusivity. We are proud that many of our staff and volunteers are using their own lived experience to support children and young people facing similar challenges.
As a No Limits volunteer, you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and access to learning and development opportunities that are relevant to your role and to support your ongoing development.
