SoCo develops projects that engage and elevate.
We are passionate about supporting music at all levels! To make it easier to explore what we do we’ve split our work into two areas: Engage and Elevate. Engage covers our supported music-making for children, young people and vulnerable adults.
SoCo Music Project provides music-making activities that engage and inspire. We believe that whatever your ability and circumstances, you should be able to access music because we know it can have a profound effect on your life. We’re passionate about this, and so we work hard to make music available to many different people. We work in partnership with support agencies to develop and deliver rich programmes of music activity, whether its songwriting to support mental health, music performance for people recovering from substance misuse, urban music production with young offenders or choirs with young carers, we can provide the opportunities that can make a difference. You can see some of our active projects below, and we’ll keep adding to the archive of projects that we’ve delivered over the last eight years.
