The aims of the branch is to reach out to people with back pain in the Southampton area.
The branch offers exercises in warm water (hydrotherapy) at Southampton General Hospital for up to 10 people per session, supervised by a chartered physiotherapist and a physiotherapist assistant.
Hourly group sessions on a Monday (excluding bank holidays) between 6pm and 8pm and cost £6 per session, paid monthly in advance.
There are also two social events during the year.
