Do you want your business to make a difference in your local community? To make powerful community links and fulfill your CSR policy? Want to give your employees the opportunity to help protect the local community from Covid?
2020 has been a challenging one for everyone, including businesses. But we’ve also seen the community, residents, and businesses pull together locally. SO: Linked is looking for Business leaders and employee teams who would like to offer time to make a difference in their wider communities.
This is a flexible opportunity that can work around you and your team! Maybe you want to take on a day and use it as a team-building day, or perhaps you’d like to offer your employees the opportunity to do a half-day shift as individuals when it works for them.
This role is to support the Solent NHS Trust and the COVID Vaccine Programme.
The role is to provide support to the community by:
- Directing cars through a one-way system to a parking space, ensuring the flow of traffic is moving at a safe pace.
- Further marshals will direct and guide visitors safely (on foot) around the course, into the vaccine centre.
- The marshals are there to be a visible presence, offering clear direction, guidance, and reassurance to visitors attending the centre, with help to exit the car park promptly.
If you are interested in helping, please apply through SO: Linked and the team will be in touch to explain the next steps.
