Through our Southampton Healthy Homes service we are continuing to provide free information, advice and support remotely by phone and email including:
-help to access funding for heating repairs and replacements;
-energy bill worries, including Warm Home Discount and fuel debt;
-switching energy tariff or supplier;
-tackling condensation and mould; and
-signposting and referrals to other organisations such as debt advice charities and healthy living services.
Where possible and safe to do so, we will continue to deliver temporary heaters to eligible households waiting for heating repairs and replacements.
