Our Charity solely relies on grants as its income and is a non-profit organisation. We have been an established charity since 1973 and times have never been more difficult. We are unable to run our Ofsted registered play projects as we normally would. We have adapted everything we deliver to cater around Covid 19.

The role includes – To be involved in the decision making alongside other trustees. To attend meetings viz Zoom and face to face as and when needed. Minimum of once a month.
The role also offers the opportunity to be involved in community play projects such as play schemes, after school clubs, outdoor events such as playday in Hogland’s park and Pop up Play. We also hold community events and coffee mornings to bring the community together.
We would like people from all walks of life to join our committee and we would like to offer the opportunity to use all the skills you may have, from office skills, child care, devising policies, to gardening. We can offer a varied number of volunteering opportunities within the trustee role.
