Many cancer patients have had treatments cancelled, delayed, reduced and altered because of the potential threat of catching coronavirus but also because they did actually contract the virus. GamCare - the charity which supports those with an addiction to gambling - has posted a blog outlining which of their services are still available during the lockdown. Steps to Wellbeing continues to accept new referrals and deliver psychological treatments to individuals across the city. All clinical activity is being delivered remotely either online, telephone or video conferencing and they continue to offer individual CBT, counselling, and computerised CBT packages. In response to Covid-19, Steps to Wellbeing have developed a Coping with Covid Anxiety Webinar, which patients can access following self-referral to the service and assessment. The standalone webinar explores patients' anxieties around Covid and how small changes to behaviour and thinking can help.
