Funded through our work with organisations and professionals, bespoke training courses, consultations and written articles- our online support to you is and always has been completely free. During the global coronavirus pandemic we are facing a tragic loss of life, often under very difficult circumstances. Currently offering counselling sessions to adults (18+) by Zoom and over the phone. We are a general service working with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationships, abuse, trauma, stress, financial, self-esteem, self-harm, panic, sexuality, mental health, gender, and more. Counselling is delivered by volunteers who are experienced qualified counsellors and counsellors in the final stages of their training. Butterflies is a volunteer led service providing counselling, a listening ear social events for people who have been bereaved including recently. They are currently experiencing high demand but are aiming to provide help within 24 hours of a phone call or enquiry. During the Covid-19 Crisis, we have had to take some significant decisions on how we keep butterflies working and effective at the time of great need and support.
